    1pm: 1 slice toast, 1/2 cup tuna, 1 cup tea

    3:45pm: 1 coke zero
    6pm: 3 oz. any lean meat, 1 cup green beans,
    1 cup carrots, 1 apple, 1 blueberry (1 piece!)

    No exercise :(

    10am: 1 egg, 1 toast, 1 banana

    3:10pm: water, 5pm: coke zero
     
    7pm: 2 beef franks, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 cup broccoli

     
    Exercise: 32 minutes eliptrical (280 Cal)
    15 laps swimming

    5:30pm: 6oz tuna, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 cup cauliflower

     
    Exercise: 50 situps, bedroom cleaning :P
