Day 1
10:30am: 1 cup of tea
1pm: 1 slice toast, 1/2 cup tuna, 1 cup tea 3:45pm: 1 coke zero
6pm: 3 oz. any lean meat, 1 cup green beans,
1 cup carrots, 1 apple, 1 blueberry (1 piece!) No exercise :(

Day 2
2:30pm: 5 saltine crackers, 1 cup of tuna
3:10pm: water, 5pm: coke zero 7pm: 2 beef franks, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 cup broccoli
Exercise: 32 minutes eliptrical (280 Cal)

Day 3
8:10am: 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice of american cheese, a banana, water
12:30pm: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 toast, 1 diet coke
5:30pm: 6oz tuna, 1/2 cup carrots, 1 cup cauliflower
Exercise: 50 situps, bedroom cleaning :P
